Students can log in to Progress Edu. to directly track their own academic progress and check their grades, attendance records, conduct scores, and teacher feedback.

Sign In

To sign in, you must use your registered school email address.

  1. Go to your school's Progress Edu. web address (e.g., fatima.progressedu.org).
  2. Enter your school email in the Email field and click Next.
  3. Retrieve the one-time passcode sent to your school email inbox.
  4. Enter the passcode in the Passcode field and click Sign In.

Once signed in, you will be taken to the dashboard, and you can select the Report Book tool from the navigation rail on the left.

Report Book

The Report Book tool displays your academic reports for each term/session.

Here is how you can use the Report Book tool:

  1. Select the Report Book tool from the left navigation rail.
  2. Select the academic session/term you want to view from the session list (active terms are marked as LIVE).
  3. Review Tabs: The report details interface is split into two tabs:
    • Details: Under the Details tab, you can review:
      • Term Average: Your calculated class/term average grade.
      • Lates & Absents: A running count of your lates and absents for the term.
      • Conduct & Deportment: Conduct ratings recorded on a 10-point scale:
        • 10 - Excellent
        • 9 - Very Good
        • 8 - Good
        • 7 - Fair
        • 6 - Unsatisfactory
        • 5 - Very Unsatisfactory
      • Dean's Review Comments: Final summary comments from your Dean.
      • Subject Breakdown: A list of subjects and teachers. Click or tap any subject to expand the tile and see a detailed list of all recorded assessments, your score relative to the maximum score (e.g., 18 / 20), assessment status (like absent or disqualified), and subject-specific teacher comments.
      • Subject Allocation: For Year 3 End-of-Term reports, view the list of upper-school (Years 4 & 5) subjects allocated to you by the school administration for your upcoming academic terms.
    • History: Under the History tab, you can view your long-term progress:
      • Academic Progress History: An interactive line chart displaying overall averages and subject-specific trends across previous terms and academic sessions. Use the Select All and Reset buttons to toggle subject trends on the chart.
      • Attendance & Behavioral Trends: Isolated trend cards summarizing lates, absents, and conduct averages over your academic history.
  4. Print / Export PDF: Click the PDF print icon in the top right corner of the report details screen to download or print a formatted PDF of your report card.
