Sign In ​

To sign in to Progress Edu. as a parent or guardian, navigate to your school's Progress Edu. instance. Your school's instance address will be in the format <school>.progressedu.org. For example if your school is Fatima College your instance address will be fatima.progressedu.org. Once you access the website you will be able to sign in.

Here are the steps to signing in as a parent or guardian:

  1. Go to your school's Progress Edu. instance.
  2. Enter the email address.
  3. A unique pass code will be sent to your email address.
  4. Retrieve the pass code from your email and enter it into the pass code field.
  5. Click on the "Sign In" button.
Once signed in you will have access to the `Tools` to review the progress of your child.

Report Book ​

The Report Book tool can be used by parents and guardians to review the progress reports of their students for each academic session.

NOTE

Email Alerts: When your student's report book is finalized and released by the school administration, you will automatically receive an email notification alerting you that the session results are ready for review.

Here are the steps to using the Report Book tool:

  1. Select the Report Book tool from the navigation rail.
  2. Select Student: If you have multiple children registered in the system, you will see a list of student profile cards. Click View Reports on the child you want to review.
  3. Select Academic Session: You will see a chronological list of academic terms/sessions (with active sessions marked as LIVE). Select the session you want to view the report book for.
  4. Review Tabs: The report book interface is split into two primary tabs:
    • Details: Under the Details tab, you can review:
      • Overall Metrics: The student's term average, lates, and absents.
      • Conduct and Deportment: Performance grades scored on a 10-point scale:
        • 10 - Excellent
        • 9 - Very Good
        • 8 - Good
        • 7 - Fair
        • 6 - Unsatisfactory
        • 5 - Very Unsatisfactory
      • Dean's Comments: Final comments and summary reviews by the Dean.
      • Subject Results: A list of subjects and teachers. Expand any subject tile to see a breakdown of individual assessments, max marks (e.g., 15 / 20), statuses (e.g., absent, disqualified), and specific teacher comments.
      • Subject Allocation: For Year 3 End-of-Term reports, view assigned upper-school (Years 4 & 5) subject choices allocated to your student for upcoming academic years.
    • History: Under the History tab, you can explore:
      • Academic Progress History: An interactive line chart displaying overall term averages and subject-specific trends across previous terms and academic sessions. You can filter subjects using the Select All and Reset buttons to customize the chart display.
      • Attendance & Behavioral Trends: Isolated metric cards showing lates, absents, and conduct averages across the student's historical enrollment timeline.
  5. Digital Signature: Progress Edu. records a digital signature automatically once you view a student's session report details to confirm that you have reviewed their progress.
  6. Print / Export PDF: Click the PDF print icon in the top right corner of the report details screen to download or print a beautifully formatted PDF copy of the report card.
